THANK YOU
Volunteers Morning Tea
17th December 2009
The Foundation volunteers were treated to a morning tea by means of a thank you from the Foundation.
Chairman Arthur Marshall thanked the volunteers from the Foundation and the Board of Directors and stressed how invaluable that they all are.
Mr Marshall talked at length about the various roles covered by the volunteers from distributing tins to helping out at our major functions such as the Mandurah Island Challenge and the Dinner Auction. They are a tremendous asset to the Foundation and we are privileged to have such a dedicated and talented group of people tirelessly supporting the Foundations efforts in fundraising for the children’s ward.
Many of the volunteers have been with us since the start and it is rewarding to see that they are still with us as we approach the time when we will open the new paediatric ward.

Howard Snow from the Foundation’s Board of Directors thanked everybody on the evening and was delighted to announce that building work is due to commence imminently now that all relevant documents have been signed.
